The No. 3 Strong Wind Signal has been raised tonight in HK

Hong Kong Observatory has issued No. 3 strong wind signal at 7: 15 tonight as the tropical storm Kammuri closer to Hong Kong. The the strong wind signal No. 8 will be considered tomorrow morning.
Tropical Storm Kammuri was 210 kilometers south-southeast of Hong Kong at 9pm local time, moving about 14kph towards western Guangdong, the Hong Kong Observatory said.
As it edges closer to Hong Kong, Kammuri is bringing showers and some squally thunderstorms.
Tropical Storm Kammuri is expected to be closest to Hong Kong early in the morning, passing within 150km of Hong Kong. The chance of issuing the Gale or Storm Signal No 8 cannot be ruled out according to the observatory.
