CDC Corp. to buy Dynamic Business Consultants

ATLANTA (AP) -- Hong Kong-based software, gaming and Internet service provider CDC Corp. said Monday it agreed to buy Dynamic Business Consultants, a software company based in Australia.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The company said DBC will market and sell its software unit's products and help expand its reach in the Australian market.
