Hong Kong 2 consents for 1,403 flats issued

Hong Kong - The Lands Department issued two consents for residential units and one for a commercial development in April.
The two consents to sell involved 1,403 uncompleted units in Yuen Long and Sha Tin, due for completion in August 2008 and June 2009.
As at the end of April, 14 applications for consent to sell residential units and 10 applications for commercial developments were pending approval. The former involved 6,723 units, with 1,593 to be completed this year and the rest in 2009.
