Sino Property earns HK$6 billion

Sino Property earned HK$6.017 billion attribute to shareholders by the end of June 30, the highest level after going public; excluding the charges of re-valued property, the net profit reached to HK$4.728 billion, leaped 91%, driven by property revaluation and jumping sale income.
The board of directors decide to send final dividend 30cents each share; the company's earnings each share is 1.396.
Group's chairman Mr Wong said the property sale mainly come from the houses lieing in West Kowloon Silver Sea. As for the co-operations business, the income from Kowloon Tang 's Bijia mountain peak and Shenzhen Xiangmihu No.1 fulfill it.
Group finished and developed four projects with total area of 1.2 million feet in 2005/06.
